The code is released under the MIT License. See LICENSE at the repository root.

You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Software, provided the copyright notice and permission notice stay in place.

Pull requests and improvements are welcome. By contributing, you agree your contributions are licensed under the same MIT terms. See Contributing.

Project names (no misleading rebrand)

The names cross-framework (npm) and cross-ui (CLI alias) identify this upstream project. The canonical policy is BRANDING.md at the repository root:

• Do fork, change the code, and publish under a clearly different name if you ship a derivative broadly.
• Do keep copyright and license notices in source distributions.
• Do not imply your fork is the official cross-framework without maintainer approval, or strip attribution.

Trademark rights are not granted by the MIT license; confusing use of the project names may be addressed outside the copyright license.
